Official Draw Rules

1. Overview and Acceptance

The Alliance Rewards Club ("we", "us", "our", "Company", "Promoter") conducts regular prize draws for active members. These Official Draw Rules ("Rules", "Draw Rules") govern all draws conducted by the Alliance Rewards Club and supplement our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

By participating in any draw, creating an account, or subscribing to a membership, you agree to be bound by these Rules in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Rules, you must not participate in draws or subscribe to our Service.

All draws are conducted in accordance with Australian law, including but not limited to applicable gaming, lottery, consumer protection, tax, and privacy legislation. These Rules are designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and compliance with all legal requirements.

We reserve the right to modify these Rules at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active members via email at least 7 days before taking effect. Your continued participation in draws after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Rules.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Draw Rules:

"Draw" means any promotional drawing or contest conducted by Alliance Rewards Club in which eligible Members may participate for a chance to win prizes.

"Entry" means a single chance or opportunity to win a Draw, allocated to Members based on their membership tier.

"Prize" means any reward offered in connection with a Draw, including cash, goods, services, experiences, or vouchers.

"Winner" means an eligible Member whose entry is randomly selected as the winning entry in a Draw.

"Member" means any person who has registered for an account and maintains an active, paid subscription to Alliance Rewards Club.

"Eligible Member" means a Member who meets all eligibility requirements set forth in these Rules and our Terms & Conditions.

"Entry Period" means the period during which entries are accepted for a specific Draw.

"Draw Date" means the scheduled date and time when a winner is selected for a Draw.

"Blockchain" means the decentralized, distributed ledger technology used to verify and record Draw results.

"Random Seed" means a cryptographic value published before each Draw and used in combination with the blockchain hash to determine the winning entry.

3. Eligibility to Participate

3.1 General Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to participate in Draws and win prizes, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age at the time of Draw entry and prize claim
  • Be a legal resident of Australia or a jurisdiction where participation in promotional draws is permitted by law
  • Hold an active, paid Alliance Rewards Club membership (STARTER, PREMIUM, ELITE, PLATINUM, or MEGA) at the time the Draw entry period opens and when the Draw is conducted
  • Have a membership in good standing (not suspended, terminated, cancelled, or past due)
  • Comply with all Terms & Conditions and Draw Rules
  • Not be an employee, contractor, officer, director, or agent of Alliance Rewards Club or any affiliated entity
  • Not be an immediate family member (spouse, parent, child, sibling) or household member of any such person
  • Not have been previously disqualified, banned, or prohibited from participating in Draws

3.2 Active Membership Requirement

You must have an active, paid membership to participate in Draws:

  • Your membership must be active at the time the Draw entry period opens
  • Your membership must remain active through the Draw date
  • If your membership expires, is cancelled, or payment fails before the Draw date, all entries for that Draw are forfeited
  • Memberships in "cancelled" or "past due" status are not eligible for entries
  • Subscriptions must be paid in full and current to receive entries

3.3 Geographic Restrictions

Participation may be restricted based on your location:

  • You must be located in a jurisdiction where promotional draws and membership services are legal
  • We reserve the right to restrict participation from any jurisdiction at our discretion
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring your participation complies with your local laws
  • We may use IP address, payment method, or other verification to confirm your location

3.4 Verification of Eligibility

We reserve the right to verify eligibility at any time:

  • Before awarding prizes, we may require proof of age, identity, and residency
  • Winners must provide government-issued photo ID and other documentation as requested
  • Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility within the required timeframe will result in disqualification
  • We may use third-party verification services to confirm eligibility
  • Providing false information or documentation will result in permanent disqualification and potential legal action

3.5 Ineligible Persons

The following persons are not eligible to participate in Draws:

  • Persons under 18 years of age
  • Employees and contractors of Alliance Rewards Club and their immediate families
  • Persons with suspended, terminated, or banned accounts
  • Persons who have violated our Terms & Conditions or Draw Rules
  • Persons located in jurisdictions where participation is prohibited
  • Persons who have engaged in fraudulent activity

4. Membership Tiers and Entry Allocation

Entries into each Draw are allocated automatically based on your active membership tier. Entry allocations are fixed and cannot be modified, purchased separately, or transferred.

STARTER Membership

Price: $10 AUD per week (recurring weekly)

Entries Per Draw: 10 entries

Billing Cycle: Weekly recurring (every 7 days)

Entry Grant: 10 entries automatically allocated for each eligible Draw while membership is active

PREMIUM Membership

Price: $20 AUD per week (recurring weekly)

Entries Per Draw: 25 entries

Billing Cycle: Weekly recurring (every 7 days)

Entry Grant: 25 entries automatically allocated for each eligible Draw while membership is active

ELITE Membership

Price: $50 AUD per week (recurring weekly)

Entries Per Draw: 75 entries

Billing Cycle: Weekly recurring (every 7 days)

Entry Grant: 75 entries automatically allocated for each eligible Draw while membership is active

Most Popular Tier

PLATINUM Membership

Price: $150 AUD per week (recurring weekly)

Entries Per Draw: 200 entries

Billing Cycle: Weekly recurring (every 7 days)

Entry Grant: 200 entries automatically allocated for each eligible Draw while membership is active

MEGA Membership

Price: $250 AUD per week (recurring weekly)

Entries Per Draw: 300 entries

Billing Cycle: Weekly recurring (every 7 days)

Entry Grant: 300 entries automatically allocated for each eligible Draw while membership is active

Important Entry Information:

  • Entries are granted automatically - no manual action is required to enter eligible Draws
  • Entry allocations are based on your tier at the time the Draw entry period opens
  • Entries do not carry over between Draws - each Draw is independent
  • Unused entries cannot be saved, accumulated, or rolled over to future Draws
  • You cannot purchase additional entries beyond your membership tier allocation
  • Entries cannot be transferred to other accounts or Members
  • Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification of all accounts
  • If you upgrade your membership mid-Draw, your entries for ongoing Draws will be updated to the new tier level
  • If you downgrade, the lower entry allocation takes effect at the next billing period

5. Draw Schedule, Types, and Prize Pools

5.1 Draw Frequency and Schedule

Alliance Rewards Club conducts Draws on the following regular schedule:

Daily Draws:

  • Frequency: As announced
  • Entry Period: As specified in the Draw announcement
  • Eligibility: All active Members receive entries
  • Winner Announcement: Within 48 hours of Draw date

Weekly Draws:

  • Frequency: Every Friday at 7:00 PM AEST/AEDT
  • Entry Period: Opens Monday 12:01 AM, closes Friday 6:59 PM AEST/AEDT
  • Eligibility: All active Members receive entries
  • Winner Announcement: Within 48 hours of Draw date

Monthly Draws:

  • Frequency: Last Friday of each month at 7:00 PM AEST/AEDT
  • Entry Period: Opens on the 1st of the month at 12:01 AM, closes on the last Friday at 6:59 PM AEST/AEDT
  • Eligibility: Members with active subscriptions during the entry period
  • Winner Announcement: Within 48 hours of Draw date

Special Event Draws:

  • Frequency: As announced (holidays, milestones, promotional events)
  • Entry Period: As specified in the Draw announcement
  • Eligibility: May have special requirements (e.g., minimum tier, bonus entries)
  • Notice: Minimum 7 days' advance notice before entry period opens

All times referenced are in Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) or Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) depending on the date. We will clearly indicate the applicable timezone in all Draw announcements.

5.2 Prize Pools and Values

Prize pools vary by Draw type and may increase based on membership size and special promotions:

  • Daily Draws: Minimum $500 AUD
  • Weekly Draws: Minimum $1,000 AUD - typically $1,000 to $5,000 in cash and prizes
  • Monthly Draws: Minimum $10,000 AUD - typically $10,000 to $50,000 in cash and prizes
  • Special Event Draws: Variable prize pools announced with each event (may exceed $100,000 for major events)

Prize pools grow with membership size. The actual prize pool and specific prizes for each Draw will be announced on our website and via email to active Members at least 24 hours before the entry period opens (7 days for special events).

5.3 Prize Types

Prizes may include any of the following:

  • Cash: Direct bank transfer to winner's nominated Australian bank account
  • Electronics: Laptops, smartphones, tablets, gaming consoles, TVs, home appliances
  • Vehicles: Cars, motorcycles, electric bikes, scooters
  • Travel Experiences: Holiday packages, flights, accommodation, tours
  • Event Tickets: Concerts, sports events, festivals, VIP experiences
  • Vouchers/Gift Cards: Retail, dining, entertainment, fuel
  • Luxury Items: Jewelry, watches, designer goods
  • Other: Any other lawful prize of value

6. Entry Mechanics and Process

6.1 Automatic Entry Allocation

Entry allocation is fully automated:

  • When a Draw entry period opens, the system automatically allocates entries to all eligible Members based on their current tier
  • No manual action is required - you do not need to "enter" or "register" for each Draw
  • Entries are recorded in our database with a unique sequential entry number for each entry
  • You can view your entry allocations and entry numbers in your member dashboard
  • Entry allocations are final once the Draw entry period closes

6.2 Entry Numbering System

Each entry is assigned a unique number:

  • All entries across all Members are numbered sequentially (e.g., 1, 2, 3, ... N)
  • Entry numbers are assigned in the order Members join the platform and their tier levels
  • Each Member's entries are grouped together (e.g., Member A: entries 1-3, Member B: entries 4-9, etc.)
  • Entry number ranges for each Member are visible in their dashboard
  • The total number of entries in each Draw is published before the Draw

6.3 Entry Period and Deadlines

Entry period mechanics:

  • Entry periods open and close automatically at the times specified for each Draw type
  • Entries are allocated when the entry period opens, not when you subscribe
  • If you subscribe after a Draw entry period opens, you will receive entries for the next Draw, not the current one
  • No entries can be added, removed, or modified after the entry period closes
  • The entry period close time is the absolute deadline - system timestamps are final

6.4 Membership Status During Draw Period

Your membership must remain active throughout the Draw period:

  • If your membership expires or is cancelled before the Draw date, all entries for that Draw are forfeited
  • If payment fails before the Draw date, entries are forfeited
  • If your account is suspended or terminated, entries are immediately forfeited
  • Refunds or chargebacks will result in immediate forfeiture of all entries
  • You must maintain good standing from entry allocation through prize distribution

7. Draw Mechanics: Provably Fair Blockchain System

All Draws are conducted using a provably fair, blockchain-verified random selection system. This ensures complete transparency, prevents manipulation, and allows any Member to independently verify Draw results.

7.1 Blockchain Verification Overview

Our provably fair system works as follows:

  1. Before the Draw, we publish a random seed value (a cryptographic hash)
  2. At the scheduled Draw time, we retrieve the latest block hash from a public blockchain (Bitcoin or Ethereum)
  3. The blockchain hash is combined with our pre-published seed using a cryptographic function (SHA-256)
  4. The resulting value is used to deterministically select the winning entry number
  5. All values (seed, blockchain hash, winning entry) are published and recorded permanently
  6. Anyone can verify the Draw by replicating the calculation with the published values

7.2 Pre-Draw Seed Publication

Before each Draw:

  • We generate a random seed value using cryptographically secure random number generation
  • The seed is hashed using SHA-256 and the hash is published on our website at least 24 hours before the Draw
  • The seed hash is immutably recorded with a timestamp to prevent tampering
  • Members can view and save the seed hash before the Draw
  • After the Draw, we reveal the original seed value for verification

7.3 Winner Selection Algorithm

The winner is selected using the following deterministic algorithm:

  1. Retrieve blockchain hash: At the scheduled Draw time (e.g., Sunday 8:00 PM), we retrieve the latest Bitcoin or Ethereum block hash from a public blockchain explorer
  2. Combine with seed: Concatenate the blockchain hash with the pre-published seed value
  3. Hash the combination: Apply SHA-256 to the concatenated string to produce a final hash
  4. Convert to number: Convert the final hash to a decimal number
  5. Calculate winning entry: Apply modulo operation: winning_entry = (hash_number % total_entries) + 1
  6. Identify winner: The Member associated with the calculated entry number is the winner

This algorithm is completely deterministic - given the same inputs (blockchain hash, seed, total entries), it will always produce the same winning entry number. This prevents any possibility of manipulation after the blockchain hash is retrieved.

7.4 Verification Process for Members

Members can independently verify Draw results:

  • After the Draw, we publish: the revealed seed, the blockchain hash used, the Draw timestamp, the total number of entries, and the winning entry number
  • Members can retrieve the same blockchain hash from public blockchain explorers (Bitcoin: blockchain.com, Ethereum: etherscan.io)
  • Members can replicate the calculation using the published values
  • Verification tools are provided in the member dashboard
  • Step-by-step verification instructions are available on our website

7.5 Transparency and Auditability

Complete Draw transparency:

  • All Draw parameters, seeds, hashes, and results are published permanently on our website
  • Members can view complete Draw history and verify any past Draw
  • The blockchain hashes used are publicly verifiable on third-party blockchain explorers
  • We maintain immutable audit logs of all Draw operations
  • Independent auditors can verify Draw fairness at any time

7.6 System Integrity Guarantees

Our provably fair system guarantees:

  • Unpredictability: The winning entry cannot be predicted before the Draw because the blockchain hash is unknown until the Draw time
  • No Manipulation: We cannot manipulate the outcome because the blockchain hash is public and beyond our control
  • Verifiability: Anyone can verify Draw results using publicly available data
  • Immutability: Once the blockchain hash is retrieved, the result is mathematically determined and cannot be changed
  • Transparency: All Draw inputs and outputs are published for public inspection

8. Winner Notification and Verification

8.1 Winner Notification Process

Winners will be notified within 48 hours of the Draw via multiple channels:

  • Email: Sent to the winner's registered email address with subject line "Congratulations - You Won!"
  • In-App Notification: Displayed prominently in the member dashboard upon login
  • Public Announcement: Winner name (or initials if anonymity requested) and prize posted on our website
  • SMS: Optional text message notification (if phone number provided and opted in)

Important: It is your responsibility to maintain a valid email address, check your email regularly (including spam folders), and monitor your member dashboard. We are not responsible for notification failures due to incorrect contact information, email filters, or failure to check your account.

8.2 Prize Claim Deadline

Winners must claim prizes within 30 days of notification:

  • The 30-day claim period begins from the date of email notification
  • Prizes not claimed within 30 days will be forfeited
  • No exceptions or extensions will be granted except in extraordinary circumstances (at our sole discretion)
  • Forfeited prizes may be redistributed in future Draws, donated to charity, or retained by the Company

8.3 Prize Claim Process

To claim a prize, winners must:

  1. Respond to the winner notification email within the 30-day claim period
  2. Complete and submit a prize claim form with required information (full name, address, contact details)
  3. Provide identity verification documents (see Section 8.4 below)
  4. Sign and return a declaration of eligibility and release of liability
  5. Grant or deny permission for use of name and likeness for promotional purposes
  6. Provide bank account details (for cash prizes) or delivery address (for physical prizes)
  7. Complete any required tax forms (for prizes over $1,000 AUD)
  8. Respond to any follow-up requests for additional information or documentation

8.4 Identity Verification Requirements

All winners must verify their identity before receiving prizes. Required documents include:

All Prizes:

  • Government-issued photo identification (driver's license, passport, or proof of age card)
  • Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within 3 months)
  • Signed declaration confirming eligibility and agreement to these Rules

Prizes Valued Over $1,000 AUD:

  • Tax File Number (TFN) or Australian Business Number (ABN)
  • Completed ATO tax declaration form
  • Additional identity verification may be required

Prizes Valued Over $10,000 AUD:

  • All documents above, plus:
  • Certified copies of identity documents (certified by a Justice of the Peace, lawyer, or authorized certifier)
  • Proof of source of funds for membership subscription (bank statements)
  • Background check or credit check (for vehicles or high-value items)
  • In-person identity verification may be required

All identity documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Australian privacy laws. Documents are used solely for verification purposes and are securely stored or destroyed after verification is complete.

8.5 Fraud Prevention and Disqualification

We reserve the right to disqualify winners and withhold prizes if:

  • Identity verification fails or cannot be completed
  • Fraudulent information or documents are provided
  • The winner is found to be ineligible (under 18, employee, prohibited jurisdiction, etc.)
  • Multiple accounts or Terms violations are discovered
  • The winner fails to respond to communications or requests for information
  • The winner refuses to comply with prize claim requirements
  • Suspicious activity or fraud is detected
  • Any other violation of these Rules or our Terms & Conditions

Disqualified winners forfeit all prizes. In cases of fraud, we may pursue legal action and report to law enforcement authorities.

9. Prize Distribution and Delivery

9.1 Prize Distribution Timeline

After identity verification is complete, prizes will be distributed within the following timeframes:

  • Cash Prizes: 7-14 business days via direct bank transfer to nominated Australian bank account
  • Physical Prizes (Electronics, Appliances): 14-30 business days via courier (subject to availability and stock)
  • Vehicles: 30-60 business days (delivery, registration, and transfer of ownership)
  • Travel Experiences: Coordinated with winner within 60 days (subject to availability and booking)
  • Vouchers/Gift Cards: 5-10 business days via email or mail
  • Event Tickets: As close to the event date as practical (usually 7-30 days before event)

Distribution timelines may be extended due to factors beyond our control, including verification delays, prize availability, shipping constraints, public holidays, or force majeure events.

9.2 Cash Prize Distribution

For cash prizes:

  • Winners must provide valid Australian bank account details (BSB and account number)
  • Transfers are made via direct deposit (EFT) to the nominated account
  • Winners will receive email confirmation when the transfer is initiated
  • Funds typically appear in the account within 1-3 business days
  • Tax withholding may apply for prizes over certain thresholds (as required by law)
  • International bank accounts may be accommodated for non-Australian winners (subject to additional fees and verification)

9.3 Physical Prize Delivery

For physical prizes:

  • Winners must provide a valid delivery address in Australia
  • Prizes are shipped via reputable courier services (Australia Post, DHL, FedEx, etc.)
  • Tracking numbers are provided when available
  • Signature on delivery may be required for high-value items
  • Winners are responsible for accepting delivery and any failed delivery fees
  • Shipping insurance is provided for all physical prizes
  • International shipping may be available for non-Australian winners (subject to additional costs and customs fees)

9.4 Experience Prize Coordination

For travel and experience prizes:

  • We will contact winners to coordinate dates, preferences, and booking details
  • Experiences must be booked and used within 12 months of winning (unless otherwise specified)
  • Blackout dates may apply (public holidays, peak seasons)
  • Winners are responsible for additional costs not included in the prize (meals, activities, travel insurance, etc.)
  • Specific terms and conditions provided by experience providers apply
  • Extensions or changes to bookings may incur additional fees

9.5 Prize Substitution

We reserve the right to substitute prizes:

  • If the advertised prize becomes unavailable due to supply issues, discontinuation, or other factors beyond our control
  • Substitute prizes will be of equal or greater retail value
  • We will notify winners of substitutions before finalizing prize distribution
  • Cash alternatives may be offered at our discretion
  • Winners may not demand specific substitutes or cash equivalents unless we offer such options

9.6 Prize Transferability and Conditions

Prize conditions:

  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another person
  • Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash unless we offer a cash alternative
  • Prizes cannot be sold, auctioned, or bartered
  • Winners are responsible for any ongoing costs associated with prizes (e.g., vehicle registration, insurance, maintenance; electronics warranty service; travel incidentals)
  • Prizes are provided "as is" with no warranties beyond manufacturer warranties (for physical goods)
  • We are not responsible for defects, malfunctions, or quality issues with prizes beyond our control

10. Tax Obligations and Reporting

10.1 Winner Tax Responsibilities

Prize winners are solely responsible for any and all tax obligations associated with their prizes:

  • Prize winnings may be subject to Australian income tax depending on the prize value, type, and winner's individual tax circumstances
  • Winners should consult a qualified tax professional or the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) regarding their specific tax obligations
  • We provide documentation necessary for tax reporting but do not provide tax advice
  • Winners are responsible for declaring prize winnings on their tax returns as required by Australian tax law
  • Failure to comply with tax obligations is the winner's responsibility, not ours

10.2 Tax Withholding Requirements

For prizes valued at $1,000 AUD or more:

  • Winners must provide a valid Tax File Number (TFN) or Australian Business Number (ABN)
  • If no TFN/ABN is provided, we may be required to withhold tax at the maximum rate (currently 47%)
  • Tax withholding amounts (if any) will be deducted from cash prizes or may need to be paid by the winner for non-cash prizes
  • Withheld amounts are remitted to the ATO on the winner's behalf
  • Winners will receive documentation showing amounts withheld for tax purposes

10.3 ATO Reporting

We may be required to report prize distributions to the Australian Taxation Office:

  • For prizes over certain thresholds, we will report winner details and prize values to the ATO
  • Reporting is conducted in accordance with Australian tax law and ATO requirements
  • Winners will be notified if their prize will be reported to the ATO
  • Winners will receive documentation (payment summaries, tax statements) as required

10.4 International Winners

For winners located outside Australia:

  • You are responsible for determining and complying with tax obligations in your jurisdiction
  • Australian tax withholding may still apply
  • You may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or other charges when receiving prizes
  • Currency conversion and international transfer fees may apply to cash prizes
  • We provide documentation to support your tax compliance but cannot provide advice on foreign tax laws

10.5 Tax Documentation

We provide the following documentation for tax purposes:

  • Prize value statements showing the retail value of all prizes won
  • Tax withholding summaries (if applicable)
  • Payment summaries for cash prizes
  • ATO-compliant documentation as required by law

11. Prohibited Conduct and Disqualification

11.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification and account termination:

  • Multiple Accounts: Creating, using, or controlling more than one account to gain unfair advantage in Draws
  • Automation: Using bots, scripts, automated systems, or other automated means to interact with the Service or manipulate Draws
  • Draw Manipulation: Attempting to manipulate, exploit, hack, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Draw system or blockchain verification
  • Collusion: Coordinating with other Members to manipulate Draw outcomes or pool entries
  • Account Sharing: Sharing account credentials, allowing others to use your account, or using another person's account
  • Fraud: Providing false information, using stolen payment methods, identity theft, or any other fraudulent activity
  • System Exploitation: Exploiting bugs, glitches, vulnerabilities, or errors for personal gain
  • Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access other Members' accounts, admin systems, or restricted areas

11.2 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Violation of these prohibitions will result in:

  • Immediate termination of all accounts associated with the violation
  • Disqualification from all current and future Draws
  • Forfeiture of all entries, prizes, and unclaimed winnings
  • No refund of subscription fees
  • Permanent ban from creating new accounts
  • Reporting to law enforcement authorities (for fraud, theft, or other criminal activity)
  • Legal action to recover damages, prizes distributed, and attorney fees
  • Injunctive relief to prevent further violations

11.3 Investigation and Evidence

We reserve the right to:

  • Investigate suspected violations using all available information (IP addresses, payment methods, device fingerprints, behavioral patterns, etc.)
  • Suspend accounts pending investigation
  • Request additional verification or documentation from Members
  • Use third-party fraud detection and investigation services
  • Share information with law enforcement or legal authorities
  • Make final determinations regarding violations and disqualifications at our sole discretion

12. Winner Publicity and Promotional Use

12.1 Public Winner Announcements

By accepting a prize, winners agree to:

  • Public announcement of their name and general location (city/state) on our website
  • Inclusion in winner lists and Draw results published on the Service
  • Publication of prize details and win date
  • Blockchain verification records showing the winning entry (but not personally identifying information)

12.2 Promotional Content and Media

Winners grant us permission to:

  • Use their name, likeness, photograph, voice, and video for promotional purposes
  • Feature winner testimonials, interviews, and stories in marketing materials
  • Publish photos or videos of prize presentations, deliveries, or winner reactions
  • Use winner content in social media posts, advertisements, website content, and press releases
  • Create case studies, success stories, and promotional campaigns featuring winners

This permission is granted worldwide, in perpetuity, across all media (print, digital, broadcast, social media, etc.) without additional compensation beyond the prize value.

12.3 Anonymity Requests

Winners may request limited anonymity for legitimate safety or privacy concerns:

13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

13.1 Prize Warranties and Disclaimers

Prizes are provided "as is" with no express warranties except as required by Australian Consumer Law:

  • We are not responsible for defects, malfunctions, quality issues, or damage to prizes after delivery
  • Prize values stated are approximate retail values and may vary

13.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY AUSTRALIAN LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:

  • Technical failures, system errors, or Draw delays beyond our control
  • Lost, delayed, or misdirected winner notifications due to email or system issues
  • Prize delivery delays or failures caused by third parties (couriers, suppliers, etc.)
  • Damage to, loss of, or theft of prizes after delivery to winners
  • Personal injury, property damage, or other harm arising from prize acceptance or use
  • Tax liabilities or reporting obligations of winners
  • Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

13.3 Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Rules excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.

14. Draw Cancellation, Modification, and Force Majeure

14.1 Right to Cancel or Modify Draws

We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, postpone, or modify any Draw if:

  • Technical failures, system errors, or blockchain issues prevent fair conduct of the Draw
  • Fraud, manipulation, or security threats are detected
  • Legal or regulatory requirements necessitate changes
  • Prize availability issues arise
  • Force majeure events make it impractical or impossible to proceed
  • Insufficient Member participation to justify the Draw

14.2 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure to conduct Draws or distribute prizes due to events beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters, pandemics, public health emergencies
  • War, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions
  • Power outages, telecommunications failures, internet disruptions
  • Cyberattacks, hacking, distributed denial-of-service attacks
  • Blockchain network failures or consensus issues
  • Supplier or third-party service provider failures

14.3 Notification and Remedies

In the event of Draw cancellation or modification:

  • We will notify all affected Members via email and website announcement
  • Alternative arrangements will be made where possible (rescheduling, substitute Draws, etc.)
  • No refunds of subscription fees will be provided for cancelled Draws
  • Members may be granted bonus entries in future Draws as compensation (at our discretion)

15. Dispute Resolution

15.1 Disputes Regarding Draw Results

All disputes regarding Draw results, winner selection, or blockchain verification shall be resolved as follows:

  2. Provide your account details, the Draw in question, and a detailed description of the dispute
  3. Include any evidence or verification you have performed
  4. We will investigate the dispute and respond within 14 business days
  5. Our investigation will include independent verification of blockchain data and Draw calculations
  6. Our decision on Draw results is final and binding

15.2 General Disputes

For other disputes related to these Rules:

  • We will make good-faith efforts to resolve disputes within 30 days
  • If informal resolution fails, disputes are subject to the dispute resolution provisions in our Terms & Conditions

15.3 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Draw Rules are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any legal proceedings must be brought in the courts of Queensland, Australia.

16. Changes to Draw Rules

We reserve the right to modify these Draw Rules at any time:

  • Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date
  • Material changes will be communicated to active Members via email at least 7 days before taking effect
  • Changes will not apply retroactively to Draws already in progress
  • Your continued participation in Draws after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Rules

18. Additional Terms and Miscellaneous Provisions

18.1 Entire Agreement

These Draw Rules, together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Alliance Rewards Club regarding participation in Draws. These Rules supersede all prior oral or written agreements, understandings, representations, and communications regarding Draws.

18.2 Severability

If any provision of these Rules is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely approximates the intent and economic effect of the invalid provision.

18.3 Waiver

No waiver of any provision of these Rules shall be deemed or shall constitute a waiver of any other provision, nor shall any waiver constitute a continuing waiver. No waiver shall be binding unless executed in writing by Alliance Rewards Club. Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.

18.4 Assignment and Transfer

You may not assign, transfer, delegate, or sublicense any of your rights or obligations under these Rules without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Rules at any time without notice or consent. Any attempted assignment or transfer in violation of this provision is void.

18.5 Headings and Interpretation

Section and subsection headings in these Rules are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation. Unless the context clearly requires otherwise, singular terms include the plural and vice versa. References to "include" or "including" shall be interpreted as "including without limitation."

18.6 Language

These Rules are provided in English. If these Rules are translated into any other language, the English version shall prevail in the event of any conflict or ambiguity.

18.7 Survival

Provisions of these Rules that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to: tax obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, governing law, and intellectual property provisions.

18.8 No Partnership or Agency

Nothing in these Rules creates any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and Alliance Rewards Club. You have no authority to bind Alliance Rewards Club or make representations on our behalf.

18.9 Third-Party Beneficiaries

These Rules are for the benefit of Alliance Rewards Club and Members only. No third party is intended to benefit from these Rules or has any right to enforce any provision.

20. Intellectual Property

20.1 Ownership of Platform and Content

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, website, Draw system, blockchain verification technology, branding, logos, trademarks, content, software, algorithms, designs, and materials are owned by or licensed to Alliance Rewards Club. You do not acquire any ownership rights by participating in Draws.

20.2 Trademarks

"Alliance Rewards Club," our logo, and other marks used in connection with the Platform and Draws are trademarks or registered trademarks of Alliance Rewards Club. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

20.3 License to User-Generated Content

If you provide feedback, suggestions, testimonials, photos, videos, or other content related to Draws, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any media for any purpose, including promotional purposes.

20.4 Winner Publicity Rights

By accepting a prize, you grant us the right to use your name, likeness, photograph, voice, video, and statements about your win for promotional purposes in any media worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional compensation (except where prohibited by law). Limited anonymity requests may be honored as described in Section 12.

20.5 Restrictions on Use

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Draw system or Platform software
  • Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices

  • Frame or mirror Platform content on other websites
  • Use automated systems to access or interact with the Platform (except for verification purposes)

21. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Alliance Rewards Club, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your violation of these Draw Rules or our Terms & Conditions
  • Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
  • Your provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Your use or misuse of prizes
  • Your participation in Draws or use of the Platform
  • Any negligent or wrongful act or omission by you
  • Any claim that you operated multiple accounts or engaged in prohibited conduct
  • Tax liabilities or obligations related to prizes you receive

This indemnification obligation survives termination of your account and your participation in Draws. We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, in which case you shall cooperate with our defense.

  • Understand that winning is not guaranteed and Draws are based on chance
  • Set personal limits on spending and stick to them
  • Do not chase losses or increase spending to try to win prizes
  • Seek help if you feel your participation is becoming problematic
